Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Madam Friday's, LLC. We want to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Due to our location we only offer:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain products.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at madam@madamfridays.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
