Instructions

In a large bowl, combine 1-1/2 pounds of sliced pickle cukes or cucumbers, 1 small sweet onion (sliced), and 2 cups of apple cider vinegar and bag contents. Put lid on tight and shake to mix. Leave in refrigerator for 48 hours before opening, making sure to shake bowl to mix up a couple times each day.

Pickles must stay refrigerated.
