Madam Friday's Garlic Onion Dip Mix combines the best of both worlds together to make a zesty little dip or seasoning for potatoes, meats soups or stews.
Combine package with 2 Cups Sour Cream and mix well. Chill for 1-2 hours before using.

Recipe for Garlic Mashed Red Skinned Potatoes: Prepare dip as instructed. Cook 3-5 pounds of Red Skinned Potatoes, leaving skin on. Mash potatoes, add dip mixture and stir gently. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavor and enjoy!
